That’s what Kata does today for people swapping on Arc. This roadmap is how Kata becomes the execution layer for everyone who moves money on Arc: people, apps, and AI agents.
What we stand for
- Best price, proven. Every route is compared on price, fees, liquidity and price impact, and Kata tells you why one wins.
- You sign. Always. Kata never holds your keys. Not the app, not the AI, not the API.
- Open and verifiable. Contracts are public and verified. Admin actions wait 72 hours in a public timelock.
- More KATF, more Kata. Staking $KATF unlocks lower fees and more of every product we ship.

Goal: turn Kata's engine into shared infrastructure.

Goal: talk to Kata like you'd talk to a trader who never sleeps.

- Ask in plain words: “swap half my EURC to USDC”, “is this token real?”, “why this route?”
- Kata answers with the best route, the risks, and a ready-to-sign swap. You review, you sign.
- Warnings for fake tokens and high price impact before you trade
- A free daily allowance for everyone. More requests and deeper analysis as your Dojo rank grows.
Infrastructure
- Sign in with your wallet. No email, no password.
- Frontier AI models through official APIs, routed by task: fast for simple questions, stronger for deep analysis
- A monthly AI budget funded by Kata fees, with usage published

Phase 2 · Kata for Agents
Mid November → December 2026
Goal: make Kata the default swap tool for AI agents on Arc.

- Kata Agent API and MCP server. Any agent can get a quote, check a token and build a swap, in one call each.
- Every answer comes with the reason the route won, so agents can explain their trades too.
- Kata Credits: pay in USDC, pay less in $KATF, pay even less when you stake.
- Docs for agents: integrate in five minutes, with examples for popular agent frameworks.
Infrastructure
- API keys with their own limits, so agents and people never slow each other down
- Quote caching for high-frequency agents
- Monitoring and a public status page

- Safety first. AI suggests, you sign. New contracts are audited before they hold funds.
- Everything verifiable. If it touches your money, you can check it on-chain.
Timelines are targets and may move as we learn. Phases 3 and 4 are in research and may change in scope or order. $KATF is not an investment product and nothing here is a promise about price.
